I have been transforming DocBook SGML to RTF (and PDF, PS, TXT, HTML...) *productively* since 2000 (read "for ages now") with the method described in

We are having 2006 and the Docbook XML toolchain still has problems (with RTF this time, with PDF another time...)... :roll:

Well, I am going to stick to Docbook SGML and be happy! Maybe you should do too, Tille. ;-)
