As I did not get any reply from teh editors mailinglist (probably I'm the
only living person left on that list) I ask the same question here:
Anybody has had any positive experiences with converting DocBook XML to
RTF? I tried docbook2rtf from the docbook-utils package, but images are
not included, the page numbers in the front index are not ok, and <index>
tags are simply not recognized...
Using openjade I get a lot of errors like these:
openjade:chap11.xml:14:10:E: end tag for "para" omitted, but OMITTAG NO
was specified
openjade:chap11.xml:6:0: start tag was here
openjade:chap12.xml:6:13:E: document type does not allow element
"itemizedlist" here; assuming missing "para" start-tag
While xmllint says my XML is OK.
