Hello All,

Vex is A Visual Editor for XML available @ http://vex.sourceforge.net/
. If I m not mistaken this editor can handle DocBook as well.

There are some other new editors listed @

Not sure what you mean by 'automatically fetched', but the
script that produces the latest updates and other such lists
of HOWTOs uses the source documents.
