Currently, we just maintain archived copies of core man page tarballs. I
have a script running that archives them on tldp.org.
I do have a script that converts nroff-formatted man pages to HTML. My
converted HTML pages include not just the core man page set, but also
additional man pages from several other sources.
The resulting HTML pages are huge, and the only sane way to manage them is
by using these kinds of scripts. I do not believe that a Wiki model is a
good fit for maintaining them.
Besides my HTML pages, there are plenty of other HTML versions of man pages
on the web, so having another one on tldp.org would not really add value.
